Nortel CallPilot - course content (learning outcomes)
The Nortel CallPilot Administration course will enable administrators to fully implement the CallPilot system.
On successful completion of this training the participant will be able to:
- administer user access
- complete basic configuration
- configure system security
- administer mail boxes
- use on-line documentation
- perform system back-up
- create application menus
The course duration is two days.
- mailbox and desktop user functions
- mailbox administration
- define mailbox access classes
- create templates
- add/delete mailboxes
- enable/disable mailboxes
- user searches
- understand CallPilot security
- load client software
- schedule system back-ups
- create application menus using the 'builder'
Prerequisite knowledge: Meridian M1 Administration.
The maximum number of delgates is eight per session (two delegates to a terminal).
