Nortel CallPilot - course content (learning outcomes)

The Nortel CallPilot Administration course will enable administrators to fully implement the CallPilot system.

On successful completion of this training the participant will be able to:

  • administer user access
  • complete basic configuration
  • configure system security
  • administer mail boxes
  • use on-line documentation
  • perform system back-up
  • create application menus
Course content:
  • mailbox and desktop user functions
  • mailbox administration
    • define mailbox access classes
    • create templates
    • add/delete mailboxes
    • enable/disable mailboxes
    • user searches
  • understand CallPilot security
  • load client software
  • schedule system back-ups
  • create application menus using the 'builder'
The course duration is two days.
Prerequisite knowledge: Meridian M1 Administration.
The maximum number of delgates is eight per session (two delegates to a terminal).
